Privacy Policy
The following terms and conditions shall apply on the allocation of units.
1. All prices are exclusive of tax, member shall be liable to pay taxes, levies, and other costs including CVT, stamp duty,
transfer fee, etc. and other charges for registration, sale, and/or transfer of the booked unit, as per the applicable policy.
2. Payment of the cost of unit, possession charges, taxes etc. shall be paid in accordance with the prescribed schedule well
in time. In case of failure on the part of the buyer to comply with the payment plan of this agreement, the buyer will be
served with REMINDER NOTICE after 15 days of the date when the installment was due under the agreement. The next
notice would be SHOW CAUSE NOTICE to the buyer which may be given after 30 days have elapsed since the payment
became due. The seller shall serve the DEMAND NOTICE to the buyer after 45 days have elapsed since the payment
became due. In case of nonpayment after these three notices, the buyer shall have the right to serve CANCELLATION
NOTICE which will take effect immediately after 60 days have elapsed since the payment became due according to the
payment plan.
3. In case the purchaser decides to withdraw his \her units or continues to default in payments according to the prescribed
schedule, the seller shall be subject to the following Deduction/Cancellation:
I. Termination charges equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount paid.
II. Late payment charges and
III. Any other adjustment, charges, or costs payable by the buyer under the agreement.
4. Sale, Mortgage, Gift, or Transfer of the unit is admissible only with the specific prior approval of the management and
on completion of all laid down procedural formalities on this behalf along with updated dues charges.
5. All payments shall be in the name of AASK RESIDY PVT LIMITED through demand draft \ pay order or any other
acceptable instrument of the scheduled bank to protect the interests of its purchasers. It is also advisable to mention the
name and unit number of the depositor on the back of such documents.

6. That commencing from the date of notice given by the company to the purchaser that the unit is ready for possession,
the purchaser shall be liable to pay all utility bills and maintenance charges. The possession of the unit will rest with the
company until the purchaser makes full payment and maintenance.
7.That the Annual property tax or any other govt charges by the concerned authorities will be equally distributed among
all the purchasers if demanded by any government authority.
8. In case of fire or natural disaster or any other damage due to any reason the company shall not be liable for any
damage caused to the purchaser or their property in any case.
9. Adjustments in the area of the unit would be made depending upon the ground situation at the time of handing over
physical possession. The cost shall be adjusted thereafter accordingly.
10. The allocated unit shall be as per Gross Area which shall be inclusive of circulation area.
11. Applications duly filled are to be submitted to head office AASK RESIDY PVT LTD.
a) Pay order \demand draft of the required value
b) Copy of CNIC
c) One passport-size picture
d) Copy of CNIC next of kin.
